Things I Know About YOU!

I got this idea from God's Country Boy when he did a blog post on "Things I Know About YOU", meaning things he knows about his followers. Each post was short and sweet, depending on how well he knew each of them, and the result was quite fun to read! It was also very interesting to find other blogs of like-minded interests.

So: I thought I would do something similar as a tribute to all my wonderful followers! After all, if I didn't have all of you, why would I blog? :D I'll just be posting a short piece about y'all (and how awesome you are :D) so that you can all get to know a bit about each other.

(This won't be too scary, by the way)

In random order from my Dashboard, here be the awesomes -

Caleb:
This is Me
HolyWorlder. Also known as Elanhil, and one of the "E brothers". Awesome writer, great graphic designer, and also a bit of a prankster. (iPad + Buzz ring a bell? ;D)

Blog: http://calebrjoyce.blogspot.com/

Elizabeth Simard:
Good friend of mine who used to live nearby. Interested in things of filmmaking, fashion, and photography. (and is good at all three!)

Blog: http://elizabeth-fay.blogspot.com/

Rosie:
A very quiet follower! But I do hope she enjoys what she reads.

Twyla Brooks:
Also a fellow HolyWorlder. Wonderful person, writer, likes theology, and visited Australia not long ago! But unfortunately we didn't get to meet. :(

Jonathan Garner:

One of the first HolyWorlders I ever met! Jonathan is a talented writer, musician, and animal lover. He probably knows more about Australian animals than I do. :D Very knowledgeable in theology. (I've learnt a lot from our Biblical discussions!) Don't start an argument with him; you won't win! ;)

Blog: http://jonathangarner.blogspot.com/

Aubrey Hansen:

Where do I start with thine awesomeness? Aubrey is a key HolyWorlder, fantastic author, blogger, reader, writer and friend (you name it, and she's probably good at it, but she will deny drawing [don't believe her]). My nickname for her is Chilleh Philleh. She has an occasionally sarcastic sense of humour that I love. We formed the exclusive club "Ancient People Who are Proud of Being Productive".

Blog: http://aubreyhansen.com/

Sir Emeth:

THE HolyWorlds founder, who we all hail as king Mr. Red, and whom I am humbled to have as a follower. Brilliant theologian, blogger, forum creator, project starter and leader. Very tech savvy. Talk to Emeth, and you will walk away smarter than you were. (or else, feeling less smart, because you realize just how smart he is)

Blog: http://siremethmimetes.wordpress.com/

Drew:

Better known as ANdrew, and also Eruheran, the older "E Brother". (see up there ^) He's a HolyWorlder with a passion for essence, an incredible website designer, writer, poet, and very tech savvy (I gave him complete access to the wires behind my blog, and he fixed it!). He holds the same opinion I do of the Hunger Games trilogy.

Blog: http://www.aj.mosaic-web.com/

Ashley:

HolyWorlder first and foremost, Ashley is better known as Arias in most places. She is an awesome blogger and writer. Also a musician. She has been a faithful follower for quite some time!

Blog: http://ariasmyles.blogspot.com.au/

Molly Evangeline:

I do believe I met Molly through HolyWorlds. She is an amazing writer, and also has a beautiful blog that I love to visit whenever I get the chance. :)

Blog: http://mollyevangeline.blogspot.com/

Bek:

Ahhhh... my dear friend Bek, whom just about all of HolyWorlds knows! (regardless of the fact she hasn't joined... yet ;D) How on earth am I supposed to sum up your awesomeness? I met Bek through a crazy circle that somehow found her subscribed to a magazine I wrote for a short time. When the magazine stopped, we continued writing. In the January of 2010, we finally got to meet, and it seems we have been friends for life. :D Love you, my awesome! xo

Meaghan Ward:

A HolyWorlder! (How did you guess? o.O) More familiar to me as Celestria. I don't know Meaghan very well, but I know she is an awesome presence on H.W., is a writer, and I loved hearing about her awesomeness on one of the H.W. podcasts! :D

Jay, Lui, Phillip, Rocky, or Dom.

A quiet follower from HolyWorlds, who I have had the pleasure of chatting with a few times. Phillip is a fellow writer, blogger, and musician. :D

Varon:

Varon was firstly a YWP NaNoer, and then became my recruiting officer to HolyWorlds. :D He was known on NaNo as the 'two word king' because of his talent for writing apt and to-the-point posts. He loves Sci-Fi, is mostly active on the SF forum of HolyWorlds, is an amazing writer, and an awesome person. :D

Blog: http://roydenandco.blogspot.com/

Olivia:

Olivia is a sweet friend from YWP NaNo who has followed me since my leaving. :D She is a writer, a fabulous NaNoer, and an amazing blogger! Some of her posts have been very encouraging to me.

Blog: http://thehouseontherock.blogspot.com/

Gabriel Hudelson:

I met Gabriel through Philly's (see up there somewhere ^) blog, and upon visiting his blog, I promptly became a fan of his music. He is a brilliant musician, and also an amazing theologian and blogger. He reviews books (win!) and movies (double win!).

Blog: http://allauthority.blogspot.com/

Stephanie:

Stephanie is also a friend from HolyWorlds. She lives in England, and loves dogs. :) She is a very sweet and encouraging person, and such a lovely friend! She gives careful attention to Scripture and is great to discuss theology with.

Blog: http://pippinswaggytales.wordpress.com/

Elven Princess:

A lovely HolyWorlder, who I know better as Arwen. :D She is a beautiful girl who I don't get to talk with often enough and loves writing. :)

Joel the Immerser:

Joel is brother to Jonathan (again, see up ^), a well-armed theologian and HolyWorlder. Prone to screaming "PRECIOUS!" if he sees something shiny and/or sharp, Joel's sense of humour and sarcasm makes me laugh quite often. :D

Blog: http://joeltheimmerser.blogspot.com/

Michael Wright:

Friend of Joel's (see up one [1]) who is a little new to HolyWorlds. Michael likes the shiny sharp things just as Joel does (though maybe not with quite so much enthusiasm). He likes theology, writing, guitars, and he posts many thought-provoking articles on his blog.

Blog: http://madefree.blogspot.com/

Hannah:
Hannah is a HolyWorlder who I remember best by her username, Kalisia. She is a wonderful girl with a joyful disposition that always makes me smile.

Sienna North:
Or Evenstar as I know her from HolyWorlds, is a cheerful wonderful young lady who writes and blogs. It always cheers me to be around her!

Blog: http://siennanorth.blogspot.com.au/

Em, Anna Katherine Daley, Laura Andrews, Christela A., & Alyssa C.
These folks are lovelies that I haven't met yet, not sure how they found me, and/or else I am horribly confuzzled and not recognized their names! (usernames vs real names confuses the Bush terribly, and she apologizes if she has confuzzled you up) They are very quiet followers, but I do hope they like reading what I post!

God's Country Boy:

Stumbled upon this guy's blog through reading Gabriel's blog (see somewhere way up there ^). He likes guns, some theology, is an amazing artist, and seems to have an awesome time where he lives in the country. :D

Blog: http://godscountryboy.blogspot.com.au/

Grace Pennington:

Lovely Gracie is a dear friend of mine from HolyWorlds. She loves to write, and is a good friend of Philly's  (Wayyy up the page ^). She is the eldest of nine children, can play the guitar and sing, she is a joy to make laugh! She is also so much fun to be hyper with. :D

Blog: http://thepenningtonpoint.com/

Jordan:

Better known as Seer from HolyWorlds, (or Seereth by me) Jordan is an awesome guy on fire for God who loves to make people laugh. His fabled multiple personalities (all 365 of them) continually amaze and astound people, and his random multi-coloured animals that he produces from his imagination are a constant wonder. :D

Vitaresílis:

Vitaresilis is a HolyWorlder who goes by the name of Esilis, and whom I had confused for the longest time with another blogger whilst on a blog trip around the web. Thanks to his comment, I finally found out who runs what blog!

Blog: http://white-horseinnblog.blogspot.com.au/

Ophelia - Marie Flowers:

Otherwise known as Mirza, the awesome HolyWorlder! Mirza is an amazing writer, and an exceptional poet. She has a quiet and gentle spirit, is such an encouragement and her sweet nature is a blessing to everyone.

Blog: http://za-blogging.blogspot.com.au/

Lisa,     Anna, & Jessie:

These are three sisters that found my blog through God's Country Boy. From what I know about them, they are very adventurous girls who know how to have good fun! I know that Lisa is an awesome photography and writer. I'm looking forward to getting to know them all better.

Bethany:

Bethany is a good friend of mine, whom I got to meet last year. We have been penpals for quite a while, through a magazine Bethany compiles for young girls. She is a very talented young lady, likes reading, music, and above all, her Saviour. :)

  1. Thank you for all the awesome posts, and I hope they continue. :)

I’ve got a correction: I’m not sure how you got the idea that I am fascinated with all things Australian or that I know more about Australia than you do, since those aren't true--with the exception of me perhaps knowing more about some of the animals. ;)

    1. Glad you enjoy them, Jonathan. :D

Oops! I'm sorry, I should correct that to Australian animals. They are often a point of discussion, so I guess I incorrectly pooled them with Australian knowledge. :)

  2. Well well, the Aussie has spoken. I am officially a gun loving theological country boy. It's a good thing I was one already! :D

  3. Actually, I am not the author of The Armchair Theologian, that is an honor far to great. It is run by a friend of mine who I met at Teenpact Survival NW. He had a link to Holy Worlds on his blog, which is how I got there. My username is a shortened version: Esílis. I actually run eWhite-Horse Inn blog under my real name.
